HeraDerm Hydrogel Wound Dressing

HERADERM Hydrogel Wound Dressing (Sterile) is an ultra-thin, transparent and exudate absorbent gel-based wound dressing. It is designed for plastic and general surgery. The product is unique for its triple-layer structure: The inner layer is A+ Hydrogel, which maintains a moisture balance environment on the wound. The middle layer is a unidirectional fabric that can stretch with body movements. The outer layer is waterproof PU film, which seals out water and dirt and can stay on in the shower. 

Why Moist healing and how it works? 

According to Dr. George Winter’s publication in Nature, keeping wounds in a moist environment can have 2 times the healing speed and better outcome than a dry environment. This laid the foundation for the treatment concept of "moisture balance".
